InsureScales places a dedicated live telemarketer into an insurance agency workflow for a flat monthly rate quoted after fit review. The program focuses on identifying interested prospects and transferring live conversations to the agency.
No Guaranteed Results
Any stated transfer range, including 3-6 live transfers per active day, is an observed average range for active campaigns. Results vary by list quality, offer, market, compliance limits, calling hours, and agency pickup availability. Results are not guaranteed.
Licensed Insurance Boundary
InsureScales telemarketers do not quote, advise, bind, or discuss policy details. Agencies are responsible for licensed insurance conversations, coverage recommendations, applications, pricing, suitability, and binding decisions.
Agency Responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for answering transfers during agreed windows, providing accurate routing instructions, maintaining licensing and carrier obligations, and ensuring any agency-provided lists or CRM data can be used for outreach.
Compliance Operations
InsureScales supports operational compliance controls such as script review, DNC scrubbing, calling-window rules, disclosures, and campaign review. These controls do not replace agency-specific legal guidance.
