Effective July 13, 2026. These terms explain what you receive when you choose to get text messages from InsureScales.

Program and message types
InsureScales sends informational and marketing text messages to people who expressly opt in. Messages may address a fit-review request, scheduling, service information, and follow-up questions.

Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and replies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming the request. We will not send further marketing texts unless you provide new consent.

How to get help
Reply HELP for help or email support@insurescales.com. For questions about your mobile plan, contact your wireless carrier.

Consent and delivery
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
